What These 116 Designs Are Made Of

We count only what the product pages themselves state. Across the 116 designs on this page: 19 state 925 sterling silver, 25 stainless steel, 21 copper, 16 alloy, 6 leather and 8 brass — some list more than one — and 43 name no metal in their description at all.

So the collection page cannot settle this question. The exact metal for each design is listed on its product page. Where a piece is described as silver-tone or plated, that is a surface finish over a base metal rather than solid metal.

On care: 925 sterling silver is 92.5% silver alloyed for strength, and it darkens over time from skin oils, perfume and chlorine rather than because anything is wrong with it — a soft dry cloth brings it back. Stainless steel and brass want the same dry, separate storage but never need polishing. Take any piece off before swimming.

Made to Order, Not Pulled from a Shelf

Nothing here is pre-made. Your wording, photograph and stone choice go into the workshop after you order, with selected styles plated in gold or rose gold over the base metal named on the product page.

Standard tracked delivery within New Zealand is NZ$14.90, free on orders over NZ$179, and takes 7–12 business days. Express is NZ$65.90 at 3–5 business days. You are emailed a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us, and several items on one order ship together. If the piece is tied to a fixed date, order at least three weeks ahead. IfShe is not currently registered for New Zealand GST, so none is added at checkout. On customs, two things are both true: the purchaser is formally responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges; and New Zealand Customs does not collect GST or duty at the border on goods with a customs value of NZ$1,000 or less per item. Jewellery at these prices sits far below that threshold, so for the great majority of orders there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Occasions Where a Personal Piece Wins

Anniversaries, new babies, bridesmaid thank-yous, milestone birthdays, remembrance keepsakes — anywhere a generic gift would feel interchangeable. A name, photograph or birthstone signals that you planned ahead, which is most of what makes a gift land.

For couples, matching pairs sit in personalised couple bracelets (36 designs, from NZ$68.90). For mothers and grandmothers, one birthstone per child is the usual route, and the birthstone finder maps months to stones. When budget is the real constraint rather than style, gifts under NZ$115 is filtered by price instead.

Check the Details Twice Before Ordering

Personalised and engraved pieces are final sale — once a name or photograph is on them they cannot be put back into stock — so confirm spellings, date formats and stone choices before you pay. Punctuation, capitals and accents are reproduced exactly as you type them.

About half the designs on this page take a photograph upload rather than typed wording. On those photo designs, the upload tool on the product page lets you zoom, rotate and crop the image, so the framing you set is the framing we work from. Choose a sharp, well-lit picture with one or two faces filling the frame; distant group shots lose their detail at pendant size. Typed wording has no equivalent on-screen step, which is why the spelling check matters.

What Happens Once You Have Ordered

Every uploaded photograph is checked by a person before the piece goes into production. If an image is too small, too dark or too crowded to reproduce, we email you and ask for another rather than pressing on.

Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. If the fault is ours — wrong item sent, damage in transit, or a piece that does not match what you ordered — we remake or refund in full and pay the return postage ourselves. Questions We Are Asked Most

What metal will my piece be?

There is no single answer. Of the 116 designs here, 19 state 925 sterling silver on their product page; the others sit on stainless steel, copper, alloy, brass or leather, and 43 do not name a metal in the description. Read the product page of the design you want; that is where its metal is stated.

What can I have engraved?

Names, dates, initials, coordinates or a short message, depending on the design. Engraving is cut into the metal itself rather than printed on the surface, so it will not rub off with wear.

How does photo projection jewellery work?

Your photograph is reduced onto a tiny lens set into the piece. Shine a phone torch through the lens, or look at it through a phone camera, and the full image appears. To a casual glance the pendant simply looks plain.

How long does delivery take, and will I pay anything at the border?

Standard tracked delivery is 7–12 business days at NZ$14.90, free over NZ$179, with express at NZ$65.90. New Zealand Customs does not collect GST or duty at the border on goods valued at NZ$1,000 or less per item, so most orders arrive with nothing further to pay; formally, any duties or import charges remain the purchaser's responsibility. Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised and engraved pieces are final sale, because they are made uniquely for you and cannot be resold. Non-personalised items come with 60-day returns and exchanges. Where the fault is ours we remake or refund either way, and cover the return postage.

A sharp, well-lit image with one or two faces filling the frame. Avoid distant group shots and busy backgrounds; fine detail is lost at pendant size.
