The metals here are mixed. Of the 80 designs, 19 state 925 sterling silver outright; 17 state stainless steel, 12 copper, 8 an alloy and 4 brass, with selected pieces finished in gold or rose-gold plating over that base. Deciding What Goes on the Pendant
Choose the personalisation first and the design second. A name necklace suits someone who wears their identity openly; an engraved date or message suits a quieter sentiment; birthstones work when the gift stands for several people. The count decides the format: one or two names sit on a single pendant, while a longer list reads better on a multi-name plate, a stone per charm, or interlocking rings.

Photo Lockets vs Projection Pendants

Custom Made, With the Metal Named on Every Product Page
Every customised necklace here is crafted to order: your engraving, names or chosen birthstones are applied to the base metal named on that product page. Because it is produced for one person, check spelling and dates carefully: it is made exactly as entered, and therefore final sale.
What the 925 stamp means: sterling silver is 92.5 per cent pure silver, alloyed for strength because pure silver is too soft for fine engraving. Stainless steel is the hardest-wearing base here and the least reactive against skin; copper and brass run warmer and softer; plating is a surface layer over the base.
What Personalising Involves Before Checkout
Typed fields are the common case: 56 of the 80 designs take a name, initials, a date or a short message. What you type goes to the bench character for character, with nothing drawn on screen, so read the spelling and capitalisation back before checkout. There is no font picker; the lettering style belongs to the design.
On the photo designs — 43 of the 80 — you upload the picture on the product page and position and crop it there, so you can see how it will sit inside the pendant. A person checks the file before the necklace is built; if it is too small, too dark or badly cropped, we ask for a better one.

Delivery, Duty and Returns in New Zealand
Standard delivery is NZ$14.90 and free on orders over NZ$179; Express is NZ$65.90. Standard arrives in 7–12 business days once the parcel leaves us, Express in 3–5. Customs duties, taxes or import charges are the purchaser's responsibility. In practice, New Zealand Customs does not collect GST or duty at the border on goods with a customs value of NZ$1,000 or less per item; jewellery at these prices sits well under that threshold, so for most orders there is nothing further to pay. IfShe is not currently registered for New Zealand GST, so none is added at checkout.
Returns and exchanges run for 60 days from the day your order reaches you. Personalised and engraved pieces are final sale. When the fault is ours — wrong item, damage in transit, lettering that does not match your order — we remake or refund in full and pay the return postage. Caring for a Pendant, Metal by Metal
Care follows the base metal named on the product page. Sterling silver is tarnish-resistant rather than tarnish-proof: wipe the pendant with a soft cloth after wear, keep it away from perfume and chlorine, and store it in its box between outings. Stainless steel asks for far less and shrugs off humidity; copper and brass darken with time. Plated finishes are the ones to protect, because wear happens at the surface: keep hairspray, chlorinated water and abrasive cloths away. Engraved lettering needs no special treatment: it is cut into the metal and ages with it, and a gentle clean with mild soapy water keeps the recesses crisp.

There is no fixed warranty period, and in New Zealand there need not be one: the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 give guarantees that cannot be contracted out of — acceptable quality, matching the description, fit for purpose.
